Andy Lindberg – ‘Lardass’ Actor From Stand By Me

Andy Lindberg played one of the most memorable characters in any story-within-a-story – Davey ‘Lardass’ Hogan from Rob Reiner’s 1986 film, Stand By Me. Gunaxin caught up with Andy recently to ask him the Six Questions. We also wrote a tribute to this wonderful, likable hero.

Six Questions:

Who is your favorite Athlete?
	Bill Walton. Center for the World Champion 1977 Portland Trail Blazers

Who is your favorite Hottie?
	Strangely, this is the most difficult! How about Zooey Deschanel? Particularly in “Almost Famous.” So cute.

Who is your favorite Comedian?
	Patton Oswalt (VERY close second: Louis CK)

What is your favorite Movie?
	Time Bandits

What is your favorite Gadget?
	iPhone 4

What is your favorite Beer?
	A Rubinator: half McMenniman’s Ruby (raspberry wheat) and Terminator stout. Essentially it’s a raspberry stout from the McMenniman’s brewpubs based in Oregon.
