Canucks Score an Own Goal

Vancouver Canucks toughman defenseman Shane O’Brien managed to score an own goal in Saturday night’s 5-1 loss to the Phoenix Coyotes. Despite playing 68 games this season it was O’Briens “first” and probably only goal of the season. In case you were wondering, a delayed penalty on the Coyotes allowed Vancouver goalie Roberto Luongo to leave the net empty. The question is whether anyone will “take out” O’Brien like they would in soccer.
