Dubbed by some as the “Scream Queen” due to a few horror pics under her belt, including Quentin Tarantino’s Death Proof, this 23 year old North Carolina native has already started to branch out to other genres with her appearance as Bruce Willis’ daughter in Live Free or Die Hard and her dramatic turn in Factory Girl. Winstead fell into acting after initially seeking a career as a ballerina.
First Major Hollywood Role: Sky High, the Disney family adventure picture where she stars as Gwen Grayson/Royal Pain.
Movie You Shouldn’t Miss: Bobby, the ensemble drama about the assassination of Robert Kennedy.
Upcoming Feature: Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, where she will co-star opposite Michael Cera in the forthcoming comic book adaptation.
7. Kate Mara
This 25 year old has ties to two NFL franchises. She’s the great-granddaughter of New York Giants founder Tim Mara, the granddaughter of late Giants owner Wellington Mara, as well as the great-granddaughter of Pittsburgh Steelers founder Art Rooney. Mara’s uncle is John Mara, the president and CEO of the Giants, and her father is the vice president of player evaluation. So she’s pretty well connected. And she’s such a football fan that she added to her contract that if the Giants or Steelers go to the Super Bowl, she can attend.
First Major Hollywood Role: Random Hearts, as the daughter of Kristen Scott Thomas in the Harrison Ford romance.
Movie You Shouldn’t Miss: Transsiberian, a methodical thriller concerning two Americans on a Trans-Siberian train journey who encounter a mysterious pair that leads them down a path of deception and murder. For more mainstream fare, also checkout the Mark Wahlberg action flick, Shooter.
Upcoming Feature: Open Road, the Justin Timberlake vehicle concerning the adult son of a baseball legend who, together with his girlfriend, embarks on a road trip with his estranged father.
LOVE THE LIST! Not sure about your #5 though… Kat Dennings has some crazy lips. I guess her acting is pretty good.
I read and the book Twilight and I loved it, not sure the movie would give it justice as always right! Also, I don’t also agree with the cast they picked to play the characters in the story as well, don’t get me wrong. They are good actor’s but they don’t quite fit the roll. I would have gone with Rachael McAdams as “Bella” and as “Edward” I would have to go with maybe Mario Lopez. This book gives quite a specific detail as to how they would look like, and I am sorry but the actor’s chosen were not exactly what I was picturing in my mind.
As for the Hottest girl on this list, I definitely must go with my girl Scarlett, she is just Beautiful. Hands down she beats all the women picked here, and yes I agree with some comments out there, they left out quite a few women that could have easily made it to the list. All the women here are good looking, but if your gonna narrow it down to the top Ten, well then, lets be honest with ourselves and list what everyone can agree with.
