		<description>Considering Tampa was terrible enough to get the top pick in the draft, I&#039;m not sure what was expected of him in just 16 games.  Of course, if he goes back to ESPN, I&#039;ll have to laugh for he couldn&#039;t stay hired for even a quarter of the season.  At least he&#039;s still better than Steve Phillips.</description>
