Ref Falls in DeSean Jackson’s Wake

You may have thought the image to the right was the funniest thing to come out of the Eagles vs. Giants game on Sunday, but you’d be wrong. I must have seen this replay 5 times yesterday, and every time it made me laugh. During DeSean Jackson’s 54 yard touchdown reception, in the background you can see the Referee being blown over by Jackson’s speed. Well, ok, he tripped while trying to keep up with the play. I question why I didn’t hear anyone on TV comment on it, or why I haven’t seen it all over the place online today? What is the Sports Blog world coming to, if we don’t exploit a play like this for every page view its worth? Luckily the folks at Section 300 were on top of it :
