Usually one gives something up during the period, hence the big festivities beforehand. Mardi Gras is one such party, and the Mardi Gras season ends on Fat Tuesday, which is the literal translation from French of Mardi Gras. Unless you’re already in New Orleans or other parts abroad that celebrate Carnival, you’ve probably missed out on the celebrations. To fill that void, here are some of the ladies of Mardi Gras.
