Damn. Upon further review, Home Improvement didn’t start until 1991, close but no cigar. OK, I’ll go with Ann Romano (Bonnie Franklin) in One Day at a Time. That show ran from the mid-70s to the mid-80s. She dressed too square and really needed to do something different with her hair, but she’s got it where it counts. Bonus: she went bra-less in most episodes.

I would definitely put this list in a different order, and dump a few people off of it. Laurie Laughlin, Erin Grey, and Joanna Kerns would be my top 3. Sandy Duncan has a nice MILF quality but there’s no way in hell she’s #1, she’s about middle of the pack on real good day.

Phylicia Rashad should be nowhere near this list, replace her with Susan St. James from Kate and Allie (I’d rank her pretty high, too).

Katherine Helmond, the slutty grandmother from Who’s the Boss is #3 on this list? Not unless I’m on a 7-beer buzz and it’s been a good while since I’ve gotten any action. I’d replace her with Jane Curtin from Kate and Allie (and I’ll spare you the teenage fantasies I had about them two living together).

I would also dump Meredith Baxter Birney from this list. The queen of the Lifetime TV sob-story-of-the-week is completely overrated in acting ability and looks. Replace her with Patricia Richardson from Home Improvement, I’ve always had a thing for her.

This list is ass-backwards. No one will argue with the fact that Lori Loughlin (Becky, Full House) was THE hottest of all the ones on this list. Mona? Really?
