They wore pastel coloured skates for Pete (Mahovlich)’s sake!!

Great list. I personally would put the Canucks monstrosity at #1. and I say that as a diehard fan of the team. There's a longstanding rumor in Vancouver that the first night the team wore the jerseys they lost the game on purpose. One player said, "If they're going to dress us like clowns, we're going to play like clowns."

As it been said before, the Nordiques logo is an Igloo. The Igloo is cut to form the letter “N” for Nordiques. That’s the perfect definition of a logo! A Coyote to represent the Phoenix Coyotes jersey is NOT a logo. Hartford Whalers had a great logo too with the W and H with the Whale’s tale.

I do disagree with the fact that the Nordiques Jersey is part of a Top 10 ugliest jersey. Even though I liked it, it may not be the greatest but for sure not one of the ugliest.

Former LA Kings jersey (purple & yellow) should have made this Top 10.

As already mentioned, the Nordiques logo is an igloo. Also, gold IS a part of the Washington Wizards color scheme, so having a gold jersey isn’t a far stretch at all. Plus, I think it’s pretty snazzy.

But if you wanna see a REAL ugly jersey, just google image search “Montreal Canadiens 1912-1913.” Now that’s an eye-sore.

And in 30 years we’ll be talking about how ugly the unis from the 90s and 00s were. Fashions change all the time. Unless you go with a basic design (think Boston Celtics or Pittsburgh Steelers), your uni is going to look ugly after a few decades. BTW, I loved the Pirates unis from the late 70s/early 80s. That style of hat they wore was actually worn by other teams throughout baseball history, but none other than the Pirates wore it recently.
