Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Models Power Ranking – 2008
Tonight at 10 P.M. EST is the return of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. It features mostly elaborate costumed-lingerie, varying music, and fancy artistic design according to the different themes. Most importantly, the show is a meeting of today’s supermodels. This year’s show, held at the newly refurbished Fontaineblue Miami Beach hotel in Miami, reportedly features 35 supermodels including the winged Angels. The exact list of models seems difficult to come by, but after some digging we should have the complete list for our power rankings. Let the eye candy commence!
35. Lara Stone
The Dutch model’s trademarks include the gap between her front teeth and her wobbly runway walk, an odd combo for a model. She entered the Elite Model Look contest in 1999, and although she didn’t win, she was signed nonetheless. A model on the rise, she has walked shows and done campaigns for many elites in the fashion industry.
34. Arlenis Sosa Peña
Often going by just Arlenis Sosa, the Dominican model was a contestant in the 2006 Elite Model Look contest in the Dominican Republic. This year, She has graced the runway for the likes of Alexander Wang, Jason Wu, Oscar de la Renta, and Tommy Hilfiger.

32. Sarah Stephens
An English born Australian, Stephens won the Girlfriend Model Search in 2006 (which has launched the careers of many Australian models, such as Abbey Lee). After signing with Next Model Management, she modeled for a few top-tier resort presentations, like Gucci and Lanvin.

Almost a cliché for a model, she comes from Sweden. She started her modeling career at age sixteen and soon gained sudden fame for a scandal involving herself and Rolling Stones front-man Mick Jagger. She claimed that the singer, who was 59 at the time, had been harassing her with phone calls after seeing her on the runway. It was not long after that Winberg found herself working high-profile campaigns for notable names such as Valentino, Versace, and Armani.
