i think that when guys like soriano are left out of a game, it will not be that hard on the team deffensively because they are all great players but when you look at it offensively he (Soriano) is a BIGGGGGGGGGGGGG miss.
never the less, the dominican team is and will always be my favorite.

The Dominican Team is very solid.Soriano and Manny are not going to play. So is going to be probably Taveras and Guillen (way more respetable defense). I think Vlady is not going to play due to injuries, so I guess Melky is going to cover for him. That means less power but more defense. I don t think you need more offense when you have a lineup like this: Reyes, Hanley, A Rod, Pujols, Ortiz. And lets not talk about the bench.
Pitching is not the best but is still very very solid. Volquez, Santana, Cordero, Valverde were all all-stars last season so they are fairly good. The bullpen is very good also with marmol, carmona, cueto.
Im guessing the Dominican team Is going to power themselves to champioship
